1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and start539 ("start539," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the start539 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

start539 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the start539 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your start539 account, you agree to:

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the start539 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). start539 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. start539 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the start539 cashier at the time of transaction.
• start539 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

7.Intellectual Property

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and start539 arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting the start539 support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent start539 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
